List is so long that it will never complete. Only one sentence... if you looking for a good Future amd wanna do real research.... then never work at BAM.

They need to learn to respect other views as well need to learn how to do research.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
People in BAM do nt understand the meabing of team work. Communication skill of all people in BAM is at worst level. Prof and researchers only work to show u that u are nothing but a dumb person and only try to demotivate you.
Gleichberechtigung
This never happens... you will feel in mamy different way that u do nt belongs to Germamy. The system of class division is still in BAM.
