During this Pandemic, I can work from home and with flexible time duration.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
I like most of the things and work environment. There is only few younger Colleges in my team or around me. Well, that is very good for employer to have employees who work at their from long time but for me it's little bit hard to communicate openly.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
I would like to arrange one or two sessions yearly for all team members, so they can talk and meet freely to each other.
