Despite beeing demotivated emplyoees stick together and try to help where they can. This is the best thing by far at bigpoint.

Home Office due to the pandemic helps alot with this but people are regularly working overhours or contacted outside of their normal work times. alot of stress is put onto the individual employees leaving them with no energy left for their personal lives.

The direct Leads are often amazing. but everything above that level is a catastrophe.
