Very limited 'team spirit'.
Young, inexperienced and +++ over-controlling leadership. Often unprofessional and emotionally-driven, not ideal traits for those in managerial positions.
Largely dependent on temporary werkstudents/interns and non skilled employees makes for slow progress.

We are pleased that you got along well with your former colleagues and that you find the office appealing.
If our team spirit hasn't touched you, we're sorry. We are very anxious to integrate all employees equally and to build up a strong team spirit through various team events.
We firmly reject the accusation of unprofessionalism. Everyone has a bad day and when it happens that someone reacts emotionally to a topic, it is only human.
On working students/internships: At this time, less than 15% of our employees were working students or interns. We employ them because we are very interested in sharing our knowledge with young people and inspiring them.
