I will never know for sure as I very rarely communicate with the "internal or real employees" of Brius Telecomm. The only time I communicated heavily with them was when I was being recruited, after that it was all email correspondence, if any. I have a strong feeling that their "office" support/admin is a work at home, heck they don't even invite us for a gathering, etc.
Only time I heard from them was when I was getting recruited heavily after that it was all crickets.
I work side by side with another Brius employee solely because the company we contracted needed another personnel. Other than that I don't have any other info on how they perform in this category.
N/A as you are in the mercy of the company you're assigned to work for.
Very rarely they will reach out and announce present vacancies, news within the company, etc.

Mediocre, I took this job because I thought that there will be growth potential but then realized down the road that there's no room to grow on compensation. What they give you is what it is and I know that they make tons off of me.
You don't come to work, You don't get paid. No Holidays or sick time for this place. So, if you're planning to work here, think 4 times and tell yourself to don't get sick or plan for any family vacation. You can take time off or go on vacation IF you have extra cash laying around somewhere.
- If you're looking for a temp gig, this is it. But during the course of your employment, actively look for a better permanent, engaging employer.
??? don't know.
Lack of communication and support long before the contract has ended. Yeah it's nice that the company I got assigned to work for is a little loose that they are not actively checking if their contract with Brius is over. So I just continually work, submit timesheet, and get paid.
