Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

The team is very special, work atmosphere positive, close relationship to managers, one has full responsibility for its market, there is a lot of room for personal growth.

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Lack of training, for most markets no market knowledge is passed on to new team members so you have to learn on your own, therefore, it takes a while for actual results to be achieved.

Kommunikation

One is able to have a very transparent conversation with the managers regarding any issues let it be targets, performance, business, struggles, ideas...always with great respect for each other.

Kollegenzusammenhalt

The team is a very interesting combination of very unique personalities.
They enjoy going out together on a regular basis, traveling on company incentives. They are very open to new ideas to make the work place lively and interesting (e.g. watching a documentary during lunch hour)

Work-Life-Balance

Very good work conditions when it comes to work-life-balance. Obviously they work hard like everyone, however they want the team to also have a life outside the office and be healthy. When those personal difficulties arise, they do what is necessary to deal with them. The office has flexible hours - so if you want sleep longer on a Monday that is possible. Last but not least they officially finish at 16:00 on Fridays!

Vorgesetztenverhalten

The relationship to the managers is very close because this is a small company. You will certainly get to know them at a personal level because we go out together, our partners are always invited, parents visit the office when they are in town - sehr familiär.
As a result, communication and respect are key and one is able to have a very transparent conversation with the managers regarding any issues let it be performance, business, suggestions, criticism, struggles, personal problems affecting your work...
This is very much a symbiotic relationship. We put a lot of trust on them but they also place a lot of trust on their team members to do their best and not to damage the company.

Each person has its market, which is determined by skill sets. Generally speaking there are not division in terms of region.

The company rewards billers alike. Incentives are open to all. Small team so everyone is an important part of the company!

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen

The company and the colleagues are nice to everyone, however people over the age of 45 are not looking for an entry position in recruitment.

Arbeitsbedingungen

The office is really nice, very well located downtown near the U- and Straßen-bahn. Lots of cafes and restaurants. It is possible to go shopping at the Zeil during lunch hour. Their CRM is nice and computers, SW, chairs are very good. There is a kitchen with a fridge and all necessary supplies (mugs, forks, knives, glasses), microwave, kettle.
The coffee machine is very popular in the office!

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

This is more or less equal to everyone, however depending on the market that one works and whether one is building a market, your compensation will vary drastically.

The company is small and consequently not very known. However they are correct and try to build a good image. Those who do know the company give positive feedback.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

It is a great opportunity to get your foot into recruitment. Markets that have been built give good return within a few months and opportunity for cross-selling. New markets that need to be developed are not as rewarding within the first year. The company offers the opportunity to become a team-leader, however because the team is very small career development is much slower than in a larger company.
