Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

The relationships I built with lower management was wonderful. I learned a lot from them and was always eager to learn more. The high management personnel were not interested in the lower employees.

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Communication was always an issue. It was hard to communicate with others and have your thought heard out. Poor communication lead to poor teamwork, which then lead to a difficult job.

Verbesserungsvorschläge

I would change management. Make sure the managers are level headed and work towards the better good of the company and employees. A poor work environment leads to a low motivation in workers.

The constant meetings with project managers who regurgitate your information. What a waste of payroll and position.

Remove the Toxic environment

Herausforderung

Software never tested fully Constant departmental disruption over applications inconsistencies. Lack of management as upper management does not know or understand computers or trouble shooting. Team work has to have a leader who understands the issue and not needed to be explained all the time.

-The brand itself around for over 160+ years is an incredible piece of history. You will interact with incredibly smart individuals and immerse yourself in high end fashion.
