Your comment tells us that you are not satisfied with your job at BurdaForward - we would be very happy if you enter into a confidential dialogue with us and we can find solutions together. However, we would also like to go into some of the points you mentioned here directly: We attach great importance to good managers, which is why they undergo an assessment center and special trainings. This is the only way we can improve the quality of leadership in our company continuously. As an employee, you have the opportunity to give your manager constructive feedback, describe your experiences and make suggestions for improvement twice a year as part of an upward feedback dialogue. If you feel that your suggestions are not being heard, we would like to have a dialogue with you so that we can improve the situation. This year we opened our first site in Bari, Italy and thus took the first important step towards becoming an international company. It is important to us to integrate our international employees in the best possible way. We already share most of the information bilingually via our intranet.
