dynamic with good interaction of colleagues. You can meet the top management regularly and we have a All Employee Meeting where all 350 employees meet for 2 days. So we know each other in person and not only from mails and calls.

very strong ties within your team and your domain. people help each other and support each other. atmosphere is really positive and energetic. outside of the domain you don't have that many interactions, but the colleagues there are also very friendly and open-minded. Overall, it's great and fun to work for Buyin with such colleagues.

working hours are sometimes quite long, but for me it's still motivating as I see the results afterwards. The balance is still positive.

as the company is quite small with 350 people you have to do everything, which makes you learning a lot. In big corporates you wouldn't have such an interesting and multi-facetted job.

we have an individual development dialogue, where I talk to my manager about skills that I need to further develop and things that are good. Thus I agreed on trainings, that are really valuable for me and that help me in my further development.
