Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
C3 is an established agency in Germany with a long history. There is also the works council.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
No team spirit. Corona, remote work didn't contribute to solving this problem. Older employees seem to distance themselves from the younger ones.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
The agency should become more international and inclusive. Speaking of the whole agency, not just departments - I don't have sense of belonging to the team and I've been working here for some time, also I do speak German. Inclusion is where my employer fails. C3 should change the corporate culture, through action, not just words.
