I was paid less than my co workers who were doing the exact same job.
- They should really try to assist employees so that they can grow and become successful. They should not be so quick to let an employee go. I had also mentioned that I had a relative that was dying in my home state and they used that as a reason to let me go.
The company did not support my growth and development. I was let go without cause. One of our supervising co workers told me that I would lose my job and be stuck in California before I took a required exam. This employee also told me that my Grandmother would pass away after a conversation about what relatives lived back at home. The Vice President told me that there were on going performance concerns and that I am not a good fit for the position. I was not aware of any performance concerns.
