Currently nothing, just surviving
Human Resources give out “exit interviews” - no one will tell you the truth.
Too much fear, insecurity..people are scared and trying to survive, just with that poor Leadership nothing will change. More and more people will leave the company- including myself. I’m already applying for a new job.
Change of Management Team , toxic colleagues need to change or to leave company
Onboarding process is great; just with the time you notice:
- Dismissive behaviour
- Gaslighting
- Five star employees at the company (cliques)
A particular group of toxic employees that lunches, grabs coffee, and organizes happy hours together (local Management loves that - part of the team)

International character makes the working atmosphere unique and interesting, the fun factor is given. Flat hierarchies are very helpful in the day-to-day business.

Diversity and inclusivity is part of the culture and this makes this a fun place to work. Management are very approachable and the hierarchy is relatively flat.
The culture is informal and friendly, both within teams and across departments. The business language is English, but many many other languages are used due to the diverse workforce and customer base.
People work hard but flexible working is the norm, and employees are generally given the freedom to plan their own workloads and timings. As the business and industry is cyclical, can get very busy at certain times and can also be quieter at others.
Although management is working on this, the formal training offering could be improved.

The workforce is very international with employees from all continents. Over 50% of the workforce is female, including at management level. This fosters a diverse and equal culture. Lots of working parents/caregivers at all levels.
Generally the work is very interesting and challenging. However, as this is a relatively small company (circa. 100 employees), you should expect to do your own admin.

Of course there is a high workload and at the end of the quarter the environmnet gets stressful. Nevertheless, the atmosphere is very professional and friendly.

It is a small company, not possible to promote every now and then or get a salary raise easily. However, they are very clear explaining the reality and the managers help learning and taking care of new tasks
The benefits are great (public transport, childcare allowance, etc.) although the salaries could be a little more adjusted to market standards

Die Kollegen sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Sehr junge Altersstruktur, Kollegen über 45 jedoch voll akzeptiert.
Fair, offen für Neues, hört sich auch Kritik an und versucht Verbesserungsvorschläge anzunehmen.
Arbeitsplätze sind gut ausgestattet und man hat alles was man braucht.
Aus meiner Sicht vorhanden und gut umgesetzt. Es ist egal wer Du bist, Du musst die Leistung bringen und dann gibt es keinen Unterschied.
In meinem Verantwortungsbereich kann ich selbständig und frei agieren.
Die Aufgaben die ich habe sind abwechslungsreich und fordernd.

Totally ok. I read the previous comments and I do not understand them. This company pays good salary, yes there is quarter end rush and it gets a bit more busy but so what? You can arrange your time by yourself. There is not fix timing when you have to be at your desk. It is just reality that some colleagues tend to exploit this freedom to only there needs. This is not fair and luckily those people are no longer with the company

Management is always taking the biggest sip out of the bottle. Please share with your family if you like to call it a family and if you want to keep a certain spirit. Please change it!
Be more kind. Don‘t treat people like spare parts that easily can be replaced when worn off. Take care of your most valuable asset.
The companies slogan „We make the difference“ should value each single individual employee and his/her contribution to the success of the company. In reality, there is almost no personal development possible. Only the inner circle gets it’s bonuses and salary increased. There is no money left over for the regular employee. There was little movement and appreciation in the past two years, which leads to a huge wave of people leaving the company and going to the competition. Really sad, since the company is loosing many experienced people.

There is a regulation for overtime and flexible working yours, but if you try to make use of it, you will get into serious trouble.

Salary quite okay for Munich. Salary increase is a real challenge. They pay for child care.
It is a green company. They support company bikes and public transportation. That is a plus.
This is the only thing which works in the company quite well. People are polite to each other and help out if necessary.

They don‘t like if you challenge and question their decisions and ask too many questions. The management team is mostly executing the request from above without challenging it and while trying not to get in the shooting line which would risk their bonus and salary increases.
