We are very unsettled about your statement. Data protection is extremely important to us, which is why we get to the bottom of any suspicion of data misuse at Capmo.
For our recruiting activities, we exclusively use the HR software “Personio”, which is compliant with data protection according to DSGVO (https://www.personio.com/data-security/). We can therefore rule out an error in the handling of applicant data by Personio at this point. Nevertheless, some of our candidates sign up for our software for test purposes during their recruiting process. With a sign-up every user agrees to receiving marketing mails to stay up to date. As our software cannot differentiate between „real“ users and „test“ users, the candidates possibly receive marketing mails, too.
If this has been the case for you, we are very sorry and encourage you to get in touch with your HR contact before signing up for a test account.
