- Change management is achieved with people who understand where it needs to be and get tech people to run the show
- Walk the talk: HR shows an image which is not true from the inside and the scary part is that most management is not willing to change the Stone Age methods of VW // Find a way to bring it together and it’s still POSSIBLE
