- At my current location so improvements that could be made would be a better communication system as a whole, so that everyone is on the same page. This change should come from the director and be expected of all employees so that everyone knows that we are all treated as equals and that everyone is included.
Working for the Diocese of Spokane allows me to openly express my faith and also be surrounded by people with the same beliefs. I always know that in any situation I have people that support me and that I can ask them for help. Also my coworkers are amazing, loving and nurturing individuals, which is essential when working with children. I have learned so much through experiences I have had while working this job.
I think that some areas of the company that could use some changes is our current buildings could be updated to be more appropriate for the job. Having a more productive and updated area to teach would be beneficial for the teachers, as well as the students.
