Tasks are nice, some colleagues are nice, location is nice.

Handling issues and caring about employees. "If you don't like it feel free to leave" is not a good message. I have one foot out of the door already. And please don't tell me that giving a feedback makes me unprofessional. Treat me as one.
Verbesserungsvorschläge
Take feedback seriously, actually collect the feedback and try to improve. It's way past the point when someone just had a bad mood. Stop blaming employees. Stop laying off employees with experience. Stop destroying teams and our department. Appreciate work that we do, actually show it and express it. Don't get offended with a negative feedback, work to improve instead. It's not personal, it's built up frustration you ignored for too long.

I do not trust management at all, I think nobody does. Decisions are made by management, they expect employees just to deal with it and be happy.

Employees opinion is not being heard at all. Our department is still a tight knot but management lives in a parallel reality where everything is great. Management is trying to silence employees.

My colleagues are nice but not all of them. A lot of truly great people left or were laid-off.

I feel like the company will squeeze me like a lemon and throw away once they don't need me anymore. No matter how hard I worked, how loyal I was, how much effort I put. I don't feel appreciated.

No one cares about mine or my colleagues' opinions. I don't know how else to express how unhappy I am.

My tasks are still great but I find it harder and harder to care.

Cheap tables, cheap chairs. Now that we have to work from home the company won't help with buying acceptable furniture.
