We are working on a great product and it inspires me every day to discuss, exchange fight and agree with my colleagues how to make it even better.

One remark about recent events:
The management of the corona crisis is remarkably good. Tools and communication are in place and feedback channels open. Everyone was encouraged to work from home even before the curfew was announced. – Farsightedness, sensitivity and pragmatic support. Thanks!


The working environment is in a good way challenging. Individual needs are considered and management and colleagues are providing support wherever needed and give freedom and trust to develop.
Especially in times of the current crisis I feel support and encouragement.


Communication is structured and clear. Management is acting reflected and forward looking, gives stability and reliability.
The overall communication is naturally flowing and supported by the right tools. censhare is far ahead of other companies regarding digitalisation and remote working and invested in the right technology for communication.


One important reason to work for censhare since quite some years!


Not a nine to five job. But working hours are based on trust. No questions when you leave early or start late. Getting the job done is everything that matters and workload is manageable.

Interessante Aufgaben

I have been in several positions in censhare so far and always had the chance to develop and grow. Remarkable – I never worked in a company before that allows to shape your job and takes care about individual strengths and preferences.


The one thing that is not managed good enough is equality to some extent. While there is no equality issue on management level we have some issues regarding cultural backgrounds. In some nations equality is not treated as we are used to in Germany. And handling that topic is not in the focus of management but left to the individuals to work that out by themselves.

Umgang mit älteren Kollegen

I see no difference in treatment based on age.


Maybe it's not the most modern building or a fancy location but the company recently invested a lot in modernising and upgrading the office space with new furniture, air condition, common spaces, ...


Salary is average. Social benefits are limited.


Very loyal customer and partner base.


Limited options regarding budget but a lot of space to grow and a good feedback culture encouraging growth.
