quality products, like a small family
mgmt didn't really keep all depts looped together, only stepped in when there were problems and made a big deal of having to do so.
Our team performed great, esp with so many teammates being there less than a year
not much time to write up documents/training material
As operations supervisor I worked with all depts and had open communications with each dept head
men were paid way more than women
Karriere / Weiterbildung
not too much room for growth unless a long timer leaves and you wish to take on their assignment
Gehalt / Sozialleistungen
not a living wage, job scope continued to grow and compensation didn't grow with it
too noisy, too much unprofessional-ism
Umwelt- / Sozialbewusstsein
we have a recycling program with UCP
most of the time you don't have to do anything associated with work after clocking out, occasional emergencies did arise and would have to take care of them. Usually these were logistical in manner.
great product and support, customers verbalized this alot
- Better training and documentation. Upper mgmt be more involved. Quieter work enviroment. HR enforcing professionalism: dress, grooming, language, etc. Better pay, need a living wage. Pay employees what they're worth, not what makes profit margins look better. Pay women comparable wages to that of men.
Growth, product, product image.
No tech dept, hence no real tech support. Mismanagement. Unprofessionalism. Pay.
