- Typical standard questions from the textbook, which isn't necessarily a bad thing since you can easily prepare.
- Like:
- First of all, tell us about yourself!
- How do you handle stress?
- How do you structure your day and workload?
- What is your overall motivation and what motivation you have to work for CEVEC?
- While not technically a question, after the first interview I was told if I was invited for a second one, things would be already set more or less. Turned out to be less, I was invited for a second interview, where I was told this would only be part of the normal selection process and I'd have to wait some more. Turned out after 4 weeks (2 weeks after the promised time they'd get back to me) I was dismissed from the application process.
- Lesson learned.
