- Better or new leadership is needed to change and create a better culture and environment throughout the City. This change would have to include setting standards and rules and actually putting a foot down to earn respect of City employees.
It is a joy working with most of the fellow City employees. A lot of people working for the City aren’t just there to have a job, rather have a purpose to help others.
Overall leadership of upper management is very lacking. Poor decisions and lack of a leader of the City have led to some low moral times.
