- It would be better if management was actively engaged and cared about their employees more. I have tried to do new things for my center the past year with little help or encouragement. It would be better if peopled worked as a team and communication was better across all areas/departments. I think being open to doing things a different way would be helpful rather than being stuck in the same old routine.
I have enjoyed a flexible work schedule that allows for a good work/life balance. I have had freedom to plan new events without much supervision. I have had the opportunity to work with students and create a better quality of life for residents.
I disapprove of disengaged leadership. While I do not have much supervision so I can work more freely, I also lack guidance and leadership. Since I am young in my career an ideal job for me would be a place where I am still learning new things and have mentors and people to look up to and train under. Where I work is very old fashioned and they do not embrace new ideals and things in the 21st century.
