- There needs to be better organization starting from the company head. They need to wvoc changes after telling employees what they should expect and why. Firing staff does not improve staff moral. Not having any incentive for advancement or raises further cost the organization good hard working employees.
Most of the staff are friendly and easy to work with. The job location is centralized and easy to travel to and from. The hours make a home life easy. The supervisors are great to work with and knowledgeable. Sometimes equipment is in short supply making thinking outside the box a must. The facility is well maintained and clean. Overall the job you are assigned is easy to do due to the facility and support of other staff.
I don't approve of the way information is handed out after the fact. Changes are evolved without notice and you are subject to obey the changes. The facility is largely in debt and changes that are made makes more employees leave adding to the problem.
