Start acting like real leaders. Listen to your employees. If you hire someone with expertise, don't tell them what to do.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Colleagues are great, but there is no more good atmosphere. Everyone seems scared or frustrated.
Kommunikation
I'd give -1 star if I could. Communication is terrible. Different teams that should work together don't communicate. There is no flat hierarchy, everything comes from the top.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
Colleagues are nice, the only strong point of Cluno is the people. A lot of talented people and nice people. Too many are leaving. Some leave and the team is not even aware. Sometimes it feels like a cancel culture.
Work-Life-Balance
Can't complain, working from home is great, but the ratio of responsibility is uneven. Some people overwork, some people don't have enough. Really depends on the department.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Dictatorship. No trust whatsoever. There is the "act fast and decisively" bs. Orders comes from the top and they must be done.
Interessante Aufgaben
There is no innovation, there is nothing modern happening. It's a fancy way of saying we rent cars for long term.
