Employees lack skills to run program. Clients run the treatment center. Employees are back stabbing, management lacks backbone
Get a directive follow through and get in trouble for it. No training they just throw you th o the wolves
No one works as a team. Each department has issues with the other departments.
No because everyone is breathing down each others back about what needs to be done or is not done
No one communicates with eachother. Everyone is on different pages. You will not get the same answer from each person you ask
Majority of employees are female and the majority of clients to are males

The attitude towards colleagues in general is crappy they are back stabbing and talk behind your back. You always need to watch your back

None they dont give you guidance just throw you right in. When they do give you directive you get in trouble for following through

They act friendly to your face but behind your back is another story
Expected to work morning noon and night.
Bad in the community and to past clients this place is a joke. They lack knowledge around there to deal with this population.
- Start over from scratch. Look at why there is such a high turn around rate for staff.
