- I feel that having more tiers or levels of employees/pay levels would help with retention and environment of employee satisfaction.
Our company takes time to coach employees to be better with ample time to improve with measured progress. We are somewhat a small company within a larger corporation that feels like a family.
With the size of this part of the company, it is difficult to advance within this particular division due to the lack of openings at upper level.
