- To improve moral and work quality and the company bottom line, the company should adopt a policy of terminating employees who do not meet standards. While the company claims they practice excellent communication, they seem to misunderstand what that means. Communicating things relevant to the employees would improve moral and retention greatly.
Lower level management cares about their employees and they do their best to make the work environment better.
There is poor communication and Management has no control over who is hired and fired or who gets raises. An egotistical HR plays a power trip game over the rest of the company.
