It's great to receive compliments, but it's not enough. Of course, it's great to have sport offers, fruits, ... but salary it also really important.
Work/life balance is promoted but is not practiced equitably in all departments.

Continue what you started with training, career plans and performance management at all levels.
Continue to promote and live the values of respect and kindness, keep choosing the employees who share these values and do not hesitate to be more strict when there are deviations.
