The good thing is,should you have a problem with a client and the HHA/CNA is 100% in the right. The management team will take their side and back them.

Help with funding in some way for some of us who want to further ou carriers. I would like to go on to be Dialysis Tech but money is a problem time off work to go to class with no pay is a problem. Rite now I work 7 days a week 12 hrs per day just to make enough money to squeek by.

Gehalt / Sozialleistungen

No health insurance. Wage cap at $10 per hour (which is horrible) if you are a single person in my case widowed suddenly I cant live on that after take home.High school kids at fast food restaurants with half a brain make 13 to 14 pe hour and the have bad attitudes and cant do that correctly. Yet I have 2 degrees and takes care of the sick and dying and I treat people with love & respect and not even a thank you let alone a raise.

Work-Life-Balance

Complete offeres no paid time off to the HHA's or CNA'S or holiday/ time N half pay.if you need a sick or personal day(s) you loose the day pay. If you work on a Major holiday you get no time N half,just reg pay.Also no paid vacation time for HHA/CNA, you can take ur vacation but no pay for days NOT worked when my husband passed away I missed his memorial service for 2 reasons (1st) they could not find some one to fill in for the day and threatened that if I went I would get termenated eventhough I had been with them from when they fist opened up till present day (years) (2nd) now that I was alone and widowed I was afraid to loose my job cause I live pay check to oay check and did not want to fall into ruin. ;But if you work in the office as a receptionist,case worker,anything you get the full package, full health insurance which HHA/CNA's don't get,office workers get paid days off,sicks days paid and paid vacation.

Verbesserungsvorschläge

  • Heatlh insurance for everyone paid by company (lord knows they are lare enough to afford it) paid vacations, paid sick days and paid holidays.

Pro

The staff is friendly & nice and if your case comes to a close they will try their very best to get you on another case especially if your a good AID and really know you stuff.
