Very good leraning experince, but with some caveats

You will be able to learn a lot in a short amount of time. Most colleagues are very nice.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
If you commit a mistake it will be noticed and commented, if you do something very well it will mostly go unnoticed and uncommented.

The company should try harder to retain people, as knowledge will drain out of the company otherwise.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
The working atmosphere depends a lot on the team you are working with. As in all places there is people you will like to work with and people who you won't. It becomes annoying when the project lead thinks he/she needs to be promoted or has recently been promoted and needs to proove himself/herself in the eyes of the partners, as he/she will try to make the team deliver the impossible.
Kommunikation
The communication is quite open; there are a lot of daily meetings with the team where one can voice his/her opinion and also weekly calls within the entire organization. Most superiors will at least listen to what one has to say and one can opnely voice one's own opinion.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
The colleagues help each other out a lot, even late at night.
Work-Life-Balance
Not good. The company's expectation is round about 16h/day during the week and weekend work also happens regularly. But since they will be quite open about this it is not a reason to complain.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
Depends on the partner, some are fair and helpful and some are really not.
Interessante Aufgaben
Depends on the project and on the role.
Customer projects:
Lot's of people always working as business analyst on projects.,which everybody needs to decide on their own if this is good or bad. My tasks were quite interesting and manifold.
Intrenal projects:
Not so interesting and quite stressfull, as there is a lot of pressure from the partners but little resources and committment ("Client first!")
Gleichberechtigung
Apart from not having a female partner or director I found the company to offer equal possibilities and treatment to everybody, despite nationality, religion, ethnicity and/or gender. It was very nice in this regard.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
Older colleagues are treted very well, as they have lots of knowledge and are respected for this (by most people).
Arbeitsbedingungen
If you work as a consultant you will have to travel a lot and work at the customer's site, so it depends on the customer basically; some have nice spaces for consultants, some don't. The facilities of CORE are top notch!
Umwelt-/Sozialbewusstsein
This applies to all consultancies: All consultants take lots of flights and cabs per week, so it cannot be good, but they try.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
The salary seems quite high at the beginning, but when you realize that you will work the equivalent of 2 FTEs the numbers don't look that attractive anymore. Still better than other consultancies.

Just awesome. The villa is one of the nicest places I have ever been granted access to. All consultants look very well dressed and groomed. People are proud of what they deliver and to be part of CORE.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Difficult to really say, as it also depends a lot on the project you are working on, the partner on that project, your role on the project and if you are willing to give the project your all. There are scheduled promotions twice a year (summer and winter).
