- More flexibility mostly. 40 hour work week. To the minute or even 5 minute interval time clock for hourly employees instead of rounding to the nearest half hour- major room for issues- leads to not paying people for time worked or accusing someone of time theft for being paid for a few minutes longer than worked due to bad time keeping system.
Hired me while pregnant. Steady work. Decent benefits.
Not very flexible. Not great pay for the work. Males are preferred by management to females - many more qualified females for advancement, but they promote less qualified males first.
