New director of curriculum severely impacting district culture at multiple levels
- Change in leadership to a more compassionate and competent Director of Curriculum. Connectedness of district staff to campuses. More incentives such as free public transportation.
I have been able to move up in the district over time. Because of the students we serve, I have been able to make a real impact on my community.
The new (as of 2017) Director of Curriculum and head of Language Acquisition (2018) are ill-equipped for their positions. The Director of Curriculum has also made questionable decisions and caused a negative downside in district culture singlehandedly.
