Great employee incentives. PTO can used when needed.
We used to be able to accumulate ETO (Extented Time Off) as well as PTO. About 3 years ago, the company decided to do away with the ETO, and now we have to pay for short term time off. Then we do not get a full pay check it is only half of what we would have received if we the ETO. It all about saving the company money.
