is good in general, sometimes hard to find the right balance between too much information and sometimes too little. I could see improvements though lately.

nice colleagues who also care outside of normal working hours. people are from many different backgrounds and spots from the world which is a nice mix.

possibilites for home office and flexible hours, I can also do my doctors appointments and fit my schedule. would not say it is a 9 to 5 job, but a day off e.g. when you move, makes it easier

I enjoy working with my manager and had good direct meetings. sometimes he is a bit busy but then I can also just approach other colleagues for some help
Interessante Aufgaben
very challenging and constant development going on. learnt a lot of new stuff already due to the nature of being in startup but having to watch out for regulatory things at the same time
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
there are also a few older colleagues. wouldn't say a startup with only people from university but with job experience. most people I think around 30.

I have all equipment I need and good device. there is some noise in the office from construction work. I know they already tried to push the landlord for doing sth about this.

nothing that comes to my mind now

salary is good, also some other benefits already there like share options, sports club and language courses.

there are a lot of internal trainings and also possibility to attend conference or special trainings. Also a lot of on-the-job training and mentoring.
