Really good if everything goes as planned and works as intended. Then quality of working atmosphere starts to crumble and depends on the current status and success of the company.

Communication inside the own team and between colleagues works very well. Collaboration is highly advanced in the company. Sometimes communication between leaders/management to employee misses crucial information.
