I feel like I work for an honest employer, and have learned a lot.
- There is basically no HR infrastructure, or bonus structure, and it is a turnoff. Decisions seem to be made on a whim, with no policy to reference. Bonuses are given out in an "all or nothing" way - either everyone gets one or no one - and there are no base salary adjustments.
Credo has helped me learn consulting, build the team I want, and supported me through my transition into this role. They are an ethical company filled with smart, ambitious people. They are passionate about private higher education.
I'm not certain that the leadership that got us to this point in the company can take us to the next level. The company would do well to hire true Sales professionals, and considering expanding their market. The company is struggling to manage 21st century employees, and some of their management principles are outdated.
