- If I ran the company, I would have HR and Sales departments. The lack of either makes the place more chaotic than it needs to be.
Credo is supportive to people one-on-one. There is legitimate concern for people. The work is interesting. If you like travel, this is a great job. The company has been around for over 20 years so is stable.
The company is inconsistent in how it treats its employees. The HR "department" has basically no policies, and the handbook is manual. There are no job classifications. Bonuses appear to be given out on a whim.
