Complicated to explain but need to be mormon to get promoted.
Management with very little supervision skills or support. They always send you with someone else.
Individuals must watch their backs always. Lots of competence. Not easy to handle. Individuals or specialists are the most common.
Very limited but not impossible. Some proyects can be developed and implemented.
Very sensitive people must copy a whole bunch of people to get a single task or support.
Admin offices well balanced. Crew teams mostly man.

Yes many senior people still share their positions and control their area of work.

Is hard but not impossible. But must adapt to other people thoughts in order to get a better position.
Gehalt / Sozialleistungen
Is not the best but is not the worst. Is an average company in terms of payment. They share information with many sources to balance payment.
Mostly adecuate offices. Not always with the proper tools. IT hardware and software is always a couple generations behind.
Umwelt- / Sozialbewusstsein
Yes some good friendship can be develop with other employees. Some work in solo.
Only Work. Not possible to have social life.
Very nice image. Very profesional. And very competitive.
- Remove totally the importance of religion in supervisors. And base more in what is really important for the company. Provide a good service on time.
The posibility to develop new services and new challenges is a constant. Need to create new ways and new systems to monitor and controll them. Is a constant challenge.
Too much importance to the Mormon Religion in the last years. Reason I left for a more neutral company.
