Keep track of your sales, don't expect management to help you. Slurs, Lots of push back, and plenty of complaints. Grown men almost brought to tears over demanding credit where it isn't due.
Either you are part of the club or not. No in between, Plenty of slurs and push back for simple requests, unless of course you're giving favors.
A lot of skates both with and without help of management. Every time you ask for help expect to be obliged to a favor or face a tantrum.
Everything goes through management. You don't even get a chance to present an offer without them, which often is restricted by how sure you can make management to print a simple proposition.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
It's commonplace to make jokes about how old employees are.
If you don't have an office, you stand outside. If you don't have an office you cant use the software they use to track sales, which means they can hand them out as they wish. And they do.
Long hours. Work 6 days a week sometimes 7 if management asks. One fairly consistent day off. Sometimes you don't have to stay late, because management would rather go home than make money.
- Be less concerned with running a social club and more focused on development and revenue. Quit hooking up your pets and look to help not harass.
Easy work, Decent money, food sometimes provided.
Internal politics, Lots of drama, Plenty of "lost" sales, immature attitudes of management, Rewarding skates, Belittling new employees instead of capitalizing on it as a training opportunity. All in all just needs a complete rework of company structure, even the HR staff is rude.
