This is not the place you wanna be:
Colleagues in general (there are exceptions, of course) are pushed to take advantage of every misstep and tend to splurge even on results achieved by others. Respect and cooperation are far from being observed
Salary: you get paid the same as a normal customer service employee, but you definitely get more stressed
Benefits: a huge mirage
Working at ctrl QS means working under constant pressure at a very high level, without any kind of organization or direction from those in charge, forcing you to independently seek out all the basic knowledge necessary for your daily work if you want to avoid leaving a bad impression on your client. People get promoted just because they are friends with someone, otherwise don't expect your career to improve at all.
Most of the positive reviews you read on Glassdoor came about because of an explicit request from management, and of course those who did that made sure it was shared internally. Suddenly, the review score moved from a 3.2 to a 3.9

Digital is an ever fastmoving field and the company is highly adaptable to all clients (future) needs. You have to be able to deliver under high pressure. If you can’t stand the heat, this might not be the right kitchen for you .

There is always room for getting better. Maybe too much documentation of processes all the time? As people may change within the teams fast to cover different needs there is always a lot of documentation for every little thing that takes a lot of time from the real work. Documentation is good for learning but if the team members were a bit more standard it wouldn't be needed so much time to document every little thing and task.

We work usually in small groups. Everybody has it's own responsibilities but always ready to help each other. Everybody tries to really integrate each new member and give the opportunity to learn and adapt. If you are passionate with the field you will be for sure recognized and assisted to develop your skills within the company.

1. There are many incompetent people working there. Their performance is mediocre. However, they use politics over putting in work to show themselves as a good employee of the organization. Their objective is to get the new employee sacked so that they don't have to lose their jobs. 2. Somehow hard-work, efficiency, and good work ethics are overlooked due to political affiliation. Some pro-Communist people are holding key positions in the company. They will favor a less-working/slacking employee over a hard-working one just because they are pro-Communist. So showing good work ethics does not make any sense in this company. We have already seen the Soviet Union going on a downward spiral due to the same reason where nepotism was practiced more than meritocracy to fill the key positions. It is logical to think that if this goes on, the company at some point in the future will go bankrupt as well as some other company elsewhere will provide better service. 3. There are dishonest people working in the project manager positions. Their words don't have any weight.

1. Try to use the statistics generated by task tracking systems and personnel management systems before sacking or promoting an employee. I have seen people trying to make people get rejected only because they don't like them. If you listen to those toxic people and make your decisions then you are doing the company a disfavor. 2. Try to keep people who show integrity and a good work ethic over other characteristics. A good face is only as good as long as your company provides the quality of work that it promises to deliver to its clients.

Find time for your employees, at least weekly if not daily. All employees are meant, not just the account managers. Provide clear goals and ensure these are understood. Offer guidance, this will save you a lot of time on micromanagement. Apply situational leadership when assigning new tasks or when new members are onboarded. Promote a feedback culture within the company. Your people are your most important assets and they should not be afraid of providing feedback or asking questions.

I perceived the nice office with modern technologies to be counterpart for a tense climate among employees. I never got the impression that employees and management were working together, rather against each other. I was advised not to seek guidance when assigned a new task I was not familiar with. I experienced colleagues' faults being addressed in public contexts (like meetings). I received in more than one occasion instructions not to apologize to clients. All the colleagues I spoke about it claimed to be familiar with the same instructions. My outgoing emails to clients were being monitored and read by management on a daily basis, which I perceived as strong micromanagement. I really would have preferred to receive some guidelines instead

Communication was compartmentalized per team with a high attention for secrecy. I got the impression that this lead some colleagues to think they were more important than others due to information they held. I also felt a strong lack of transparency as to what my colleagues were working on. I was very unsatisfied with the onboarding I received, I felt very alone in this process without guidance. This lead to misunderstandings which impacted my development.

The company employed people from all over the world. In at least two occasions I spoke to colleagues who had an expired visa and were awaiting for a contract renewal in order to extend their visa. According to them they had to wait for over a month for renewal. This could be improved.

Assignments would have been very interesting had the expectations been made clear during the process. I experienced misalignment from the management which led to having to rework on assigned tasks multiple times until a satisfactory result was achieved. This gave me the constant impression that the work I had done was not correct and I missed constructive criticism throughout the months I have worked at the company.
