My experience working for Da Vinci Engineering was 100% positive and I would highly recommend this company. The entire process, from when I first applied for a position, to the interviews and follow-ups went smoothly and the communication with them was always fast and clear.
Da Vinci is comprised of young professionals, who also speak English and always responded quickly to all my questions.
Although I have never met the team in person (as the company is based in Stuttgart and I was working for a customer in Frankfurt) I have always felt that they care about the well-being and happiness of their employees. This is also reflected in the great benefits that Da Vinci offers.
Please note that any experience (work atmosphere, colleges, management style) might differ depending on the customer you will be working with, but in my case Da Vinci Engineering was an excellent employer and I am happy to have worked with them.
