In some areas you still can see silo thinking and hierarchical acting. I would welcome a more transparent and flat organisation which could start with involving in decisions. Also more events or visibility for young people would be nice not only for our older employees.

I would say this is always dependent on the team but in my team I´m super happy. New colleagues get welcomed warmly and openly. In case of upcoming general tasks everyone helps each other.

DUe to flexible working models there´s nothing to complain.

As part of our ASPIRE vision lots of interesting international and cross functional projects grew in the past year which bring new challenges and possibilities.
Arbeitsbedingungen
We have modern office designs in most of our floors and buildings. There are rooftops and outside areas where you can have your coffee or chat with colleagues. If you need anything you can request most of it at IT i.e. second screen etc.
The Laptops aren´t the most recent types which sometimes causes slowness of the processors. New ones are promised soon.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Our Learning & Development department seems to grow and invest in ideas. There are already trainings offered and possibility to attend at conferences.
