Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich

Despite being a disaster in terms of management, they do attract good people, so generally your direct colleagues are fantastic people.

Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich

The lack of understanding of how to run an educational program and what should be prioritized, such as the programming. They currently concentrate on their sales numbers instead of the quality of what they are providing. It is a shame.

Verbesserungsvorschläge

Prioritize increasing the quality of your programming, such as investing in truly training teachers and developing an actual curriculum that is followed by all teachers. Get rid of the management team that lacks any real sense of humanity and only cares about sales.

Very hierarchical organization that is poorly organized.

The lack of transparency is quite problematic, especailly in the face of their saying over and over again how transparent they are.

Great colleagues, but terrible management.

There is no real direction in the company and they do not seem to understand the amount of work that needs to go into developing things with quality in mind.

There is no depth on these topics at DCI. None at all.

Gehalt/Sozialleistungen

They try to get people to sign up for a job based upon an additional monthly payment related to how many people they recruit, which left many colleagues hurting economically because the bonuses never reached what they had been told was the average.

Karriere/Weiterbildung

They hire people with an unbefristete contract and then fire them without cause and withour warning. They do not care about their staff or their students at all. They only care about the number of new people they are can scam into joining their trainings.

Since we we have an existing curriculum for our courses, which is beeing updated regulary, there is a common thread in the teaching materials.
