All the company is very business oriented. Good atmosphere as soon as you contribute to bring new businesses (even if it is not your job as consultant). No career advancement and very low salary if you don’t.
Ok for a first job, but very limited if you don’t plan to go in business.
Unfortunately, this is not a company which motivates you to build a career with them.

Very few top down communication, bottom up can also be difficult

Nice colleagues but very high turnover, new people coming in or going out of the project every 4 months.

Allows high flexibility regarding the working hours and holidays.
Interessante Aufgaben
High amount of repetitive and not interesting tasks. Most projects are definitely not for engineers (no understanding, initiative nor creativity required).
However a few projects can bring some responsibilities and be challenging. This is unfortunately not the case for most of them.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
Lower as expected for an engineer. Probably the main reason why people are leaving the company.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Limited evolution if you don’t choose to do business and wants to stay on technical side.
However, this company is very easy to get in, and is a good first step to go further within other firms after a couple of years.
