First they put you in a trainee position with 2 bachelor degrees, with the epxlanation that that is how they work.
After one your of that traineeship they offer you a junior position with a pay that is an insult to anybody that studied and finnished studying. With the explantion that the are working on improving the budgets they have available for their employees. So they are well aware of the fact they arent paying really well, but they are working on it with speed, to improve this and the improvement will come soon.
When you read a bit more here on Kununu you see this excuse they already have been using for the last 3 years at least.
