How to be a cog in the machine
This used to be a nice company. Recently the company had to downsize and most of the interesting topics have been moved to other offices. As a consequence many good colleagues have left.
Most of the management has little professional management experience and it shows. As an employee I rarely felt valued.
With a good dose of black humor you can have a somewhat good time here.
You can learn a lot here in the beginning, but in most teams you will hit a wall after a while.
There is hardly meaningful communication from top to bottom. The real decisions are made at the corporate headquarter and local teams are only expected to do their work

Average (at least by Berlins poor standards)
All pretty standard here. Don't let yourself get fooled by the startup lingo ('agile' haha). The workstyle is mostly do-as-i-say.
