A good employer with some flaws which could be easily addressed
Gut am Arbeitgeber finde ich
I really like that you live what you preach. Everyone offers a helping hand and responds quite quickly to questions.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
The equipment! Yes, the laptops and MacBook are great, also that one can choose from a list of different models. But ordering a keyboard, mouse, monitor (for home office), or a smartphone is really bad.
Again, I totally understand that you want to hand out smartphones only to people who have to call a lot or are on the road quite often. But there are loads of other use cases which make the case for equipping employees to be reachable via mail or teams when not at home.
In regards to hardware: I get that the budget is restricted, but it's not even enough to buy the latest Apple Keyboard with TouchID.
I just wanted to say that I could buy all these things on my own and would be ok with that. But a decent keyboard, mouse, machine, monitor for the home office, and maybe even a smartphone should be offered by the company to each and every one. Why? Because that's the equipment we are using roughly 8 hours every day and is the stuff we're using to earn big money for all of us :-)
Verbesserungsvorschläge
One thing that really bothers me is that all the mentioned perks & benefits (e.g. Jobrad) are mentioned during the hiring process. But once I joined the company, I was stunned to learn that the most interesting benefits are only granted after the probation time. I can totally understand your thinking behind it, but please be transparent during your "hiring pitch" and be honest and direct about that. To me, it had a really negative impact once I learned about that.
Arbeitsatmosphäre
Really awesome and smart co-workers. If you have a question or some challenges, there's always a helping hand for you.
Kommunikation
We have a monthly town hall to get the latest news on a company-wide level. Weekly team calls and weekly 1:1.
Kollegenzusammenhalt
As already mentioned there's always someone to help you out, either within your team or in other units.
Work-Life-Balance
It really depends on the projects you are working on. If there's a pitch, it could also mean some overwork (but nothing crazy) which will be recorded and can be used by leaving earlier later on.
Vorgesetztenverhalten
They really live the open doors principle.
Interessante Aufgaben
For now, it's loads of pitching and powerpoint stuff. Some love it but I personally find it awfully boring. But hey, someone has to do it in the hopes to win one of those interesting projects. I guess that sooner or later I'll be also working on one of those interesting projects. But again, interesting really depends on your personal preferences. From what I have learned and seen so far, there are really interesting projects and tasks, albeit I cannot speak of them firsthand.
Gleichberechtigung
During my short time, I have never seen any kind of differences in gender, age, or whatever. Everyone was treated equally well.
Gehalt/Sozialleistungen
They are ok but I have also experienced way better perks and benefits.

Sadly not too many people/companies know about diva-e, although they have a really nice and presentable portfolio.
Karriere/Weiterbildung
Top-notch. Courses and the like are given to you without lots of questioning or lengthy approval processes.
