Overtime will be expected from employee. The overtime hours weren't compensated. Now they are changing it, but not sure if it's in every department. If you are sick, you have to feel bad. They give you a bad feeling because you don't come to work.

Equity between genders is a unknown word.
Umgang mit älteren Kollegen
There are not so many older employees.

Very poor labour conditions. Especially if you are not a Senior Manager or higher.

Let's not talk about the unfair salary.
