Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
More dutch people than Germans, only dutch people are getting hired. no support. some departments are only "relaxing" and get paid very high. Company is not open for ones opinion. They think that this is a company with dutch law.

difference between higher position and normal people to high. also people with less workload are earning too much.
No paid overtime but to do them for free is requested and expected
