What I enjoy most about Dynavax is the international environment and the potential I have for developing my career within various interesting projects. Also, as Dynavax is a smaller company, communication with senior management is much more fluid that what I was used to in larger firms.
Schlecht am Arbeitgeber finde ich
As I mentioned in the title, I believe that Dynavax has yet to make a name for itself on the market, and needs to work on this. Although communication is often good, I believe more can be done to improve this point. Due to the size and the continued growth, I feel the workload is sometimes too much.
