Very fair. You are given lots of responsibility if you want it. You agree on goals and get feedback regularly.

There are many initiatives of different employees, who offer classes or workshops on work or not-work related stuff they know about.
The product itself is very interesting. You can learn a lot about AI and customer service. You get lots of responsibility. If you want to improve or understand more about a certain field, you are supported and can therefore shape your tasks a bit yourself.
Communication is very open. Founders communicate to the whole team on company goals, numbers, announcements. Communication between different teams could still be a bit improved.
Everything you need is provided. If you're missing something and ask about it (and it's not completely unreasonable), there is no long discussion.
Depends a lot on yourself and how much you're willing to invest. Generally, as you'd expect in a start-up, you might work a bit more. But there is also no pressure to do so.
